While on my fantasy trip to Lakeshore, I was so excited to find out that Saturdays are "Make and Take" days. My friend and teacher-next-door, Mrs. Allison, joined Ben and I on our Lakeshore adventure. When we arrived at Lakeshore we were greeted with the Make and Take recruiter. Allison was more excited than Ben to get to play with new stuff. This day they were playing with Air-Dry Lightweight Clay. The texture of this stuff is really neat. It's very light and pliable, like playdoh, only much lighter, almost like shaving cream. It dries completely in about a day, and if you get white, it can be painted.
Allison and I bought a box and split it between our classes. This is some of why my class created with their clay.

Forgive me for making that picture so huge. If you look closely you can see SNOW. This picture was taken the day it snowed in Georgia, that caused us to shut down for about 4 days. Super exciting!

I just loved those snow people! Very cute! We haven't used ours yet. Can't wait to see how our kids decide to use it.
